Wash it and tear it in...Kale chips are really easy! Wash it and tear it into bite size pieces. lightly coat it in olive oil and bake at 250 for 10 min. then turn it over and bake a comple moe minutes or as needed. There are lots of different recipes out there, but i find that if i cook it higher than 250 i just end up burning it. Depending on the thickness of your kale, it might require a longer cooking time. i use this same temp for making Swiss chard chips.
