Abby White, lives in the mountains of Western North Carolina, where she sews, takes photos, and plays in the dirt. She has been sewing for several years now, and couldn't imagine life without her needle and thread. All the materials she uses are of the highest quality. Fabric and materials are locally bought or hand dyed hemp by a fellow artist. She takes her time with each and every piece, creating handcrafted goodness with personal style.
When she isn’t sewing clothes, or quilts she and her significant other are making plans to reach their goals of owning a hostel.

They love to travel and thoroughly enjoy staying at hostels with in the USA. They hope to bring people together to a community that is eco friendly and provides a home away from home, giving each traveler more than just a place to rest their head. She plans on one day being able to stay at home and sew and run the hostel full time, until then she has a full time job as an office manager for an outdoor and travel retailer.



Abby does some really beautiful work and amazing applique's. i love the simplicity of her clothing designs, and the detail of the applique work. This woodpecker is a favorite.

Abby takes her time with each and every piece, creating handcrafted goodness with personal style. She uses wonder under on her appliques, stabilizing them to avoid bubbling along with giving them extra support. Her skirts and pants are made with *bias waist bands giving them a smoother fit.
